Whew! Finally got the time to share some Instagram pictures of what I've stored in my iTouch particularly in my stomach and finally finished with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. So lemme take you to my sweet and delicious life. Gees, I haven't hit the scale because I think my progress has been so slow because of bum days and delish foods that we have at home.
Day 1: Instead of having a cup of hot tea, I'm trying this Bubbatealicious Strawberry pearl milk tea.
Day 2: Mom arrived from Laguna with Buko pie.
Day 3: Home made siomai, love love dimsum!
Day 4: My version of banana split. Chocolate raisins with banana.
Day 5: Cheat day, my friend treat me with fries.
Day 6: Wrapped sausage and cheese. Hello sodium!
Day 7: My all time favorite.
Day 8: Temptation tried to visit me.
Day 9: Cute milk carton. Bought this because of the packaging. Haha. Just kiddin!
Day 10: My never ending love affair with caramel sundae. Ate two.
How will I shed fats when I welcome them to enter my system. Yummy isn't? Yes, I so love them. I'm having a hard time fighting guilt over my impulsive overeating. Every time I open the fridge, I always see chocolates, they are every where. I can't help! I need motivation and determination! :/
