HEALTHY FRIES

Going on diet is the worst part of my existence, self deprivation of the best foods. The key formula of satisfying my craving and still enjoying what I eat is creativeness. Junk foods are my worst enemy and so as you, but sometimes I still give in. So I thought of creating something junky to something healthy. Haha. I know you probably heard of kamote fries. They are easy to do, budget friendly and good for your body. 


I used some boiled sweet potatoes, glazed them with light margarine then put them into an oven toaster, baked until its crispy. Sorry I almost burned the whole thing, and finally dazzled them with herb and garlic powder for an exquisite taste. Tada! My healthy fries from scratch.
