30 DAY SHRED LEVEL 1: (DAY 7- 10)

Oh hello there! I've already finished with Level 1 of  Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. Posting foods that I've eaten during Day 7 to 10. And I know I have been few days delayed with the workout because of profession related trainings. 

Day 7: I cooked some Pork Sinigang for lunch. I love Kangkong!
Rewarding myself with Mexican bun and Yakult green tea.

Day 8: Almond and raisin bread for snacks.
 Dinner with my friends. Resist ice cream and float, instead I ate a piece of burger.
 Mom's home from Davao. Starting the week with Durian sweets and products.

Day 9: Having a hard time eliminating so I opted to drink one of this. Yakult!

Day 10: Home made kutsinta that looks like Halayang ube.
