30 DAY SHRED LEVEL 1: (DAY 4- 6)

This is the continuation of my post regarding my diet and exercise plan which I posted here. Let's see what I ate and I've got. And hoping that I'll keep it going towards the end. Whoa!

Day 4: Fish in eggs and tomatoes for breakfast.
  Boiled sweet potato. Loading carbs!
Day 5: Toasted wheat with low fat butter and brown sugar.
  Hot caramel milk tea for dinner.

Day 6: Loading sugar with my late lunch Nova multigrain snack bar.
