30 DAY SHRED LEVEL 1: (DAY 4- 6)
This is the continuation of my post regarding my diet and exercise plan which I posted
. Let's see what I ate and I've got. And hoping that I'll keep it going towards the end. Whoa!
: Fish in eggs and tomatoes for breakfast.
Boiled sweet potato. Loading carbs!
: Toasted wheat with low fat butter and brown sugar.
Hot caramel milk tea for dinner.
: Loading sugar with my late lunch Nova multigrain snack bar.
